With one of the most recognizable logos on planet Earth, Nike has taken the liberty of remixing this iconic design across a series of silhouettes. For its latest rework of the Swoosh, Nike cuts out a portion of the logo and places it on the other side of the Nike Air Force 1 Low Cut-Out “White Aqua” (GS).
Featuring a tumbled leather upper in a clean white colorway, tonal white stitching keep the sneaker largely monochromatic. The white tongue and lace set provide a cohesive look, while Nike Air branding on the tongue and heel tab comes in a vibrant aqua hue. The standout design element is the tumbled leather Swoosh on the midfoot, which features a mini-Swoosh cutout for an eye-catching twist. This cut-out portion gets slapped onto the medial side of the heel in place of the typical, larger Swoosh. A white midsole with blue AIR branding and a white outsole completes the sleek design.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Cut-Out White Aqua (GS) will release this year through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in grade school sizing, the retail price is set at $100.
