One of the most popular shoes to customize is the Nike Air Force 1, specifically the white on white colorway. Readily available and relatively inexpensive, many in the sneaker community take creative freedom in dressing the 40-year-old silhouette in a variety of colors. While Nike is providing pens to color an upcoming Air Jordan 4, the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Dip Dye” Blue is already DIY’d.
Constructed out of canvas and suede across the upper, shades of blue dress these materials. The canvas underlay and overlays come in a light blue hue, mimicking a dip dye process done on an all white pair of kicks. Laces come in the same hue, working up to a suede Nike Air branded tongue tag dressed In a deeper blue. This deep blue also covers the suede Nike Swoosh that wraps around the heel to the suede heel tab. Finishing the look is a stark white midsole and blue outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Dip Dye Blue is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
