Velcro Uppers Take Over This Multi-Color Nike Air Force 1 Low
PublishedNike has forever offered the humble AF1 in a variety of color schemes, themes, and material makeup which has played a major role in the popularity of the silhouette. While in the past The Swoosh has given us pens to make our own unique Air Force 1 Low, the latest offering on the silhouette adds even more customizability with large portions of the sneaker being covered in Velcro.
Taking on a multi-color upper, we still see panels of leather shine through between the tan-colored Velcro overlays on the mudguard and heel. A vibrant yellow and red take over the toebox and quarter panel respectively while the tongue comes in a Laney-Esque color combo of blue and yellow thanks to the Nike branded tag up above. Stark white laces contrast both the tongue and tan eyestays while our final hits of color come in the form of a teal Velcro-laden Swoosh as well as a blue leather heel tab. Rounding out the look is the chunky white AF1 midsole and outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Velcro Multi-Color is set to release in 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. As of now, sizing and pricing information is TBA.
