Rock This Nike Air Force 1 Mid In Your Next Pick Up Game

40 years of the Nike Air Force 1 and the sneaker remains as popular as ever, staying a staple piece in wardrobes across the world. In light of the silhouette's 40th Anniversary, Nike has plenty of plans across all versions of the AF1, from classic low-top to the often overlooked mid-top model. One colorway soon to be released on the AF1 Mid pays homage to a quote heard often at basketball courts worldwide, “I Got Next.”
Coming in a majority white leather upper, black and orange accents shine throughout. From the toebox up towards the collar is white leather, sans the black patent leather Swoosh on the profile. The lockdown strap atop the tongue comes with a black Swoosh as well, also housing the quote “I Got Next” that is surrounded by a rough orange cracked leather and tonal stitching. The tongue tag underneath has your standard “Nike Air” branding that comes in a black and orange combo.
More orange details come in the form of the cracked leather heel overlay and “Nike” embroidery on the black patent leather heel tab. Internally, a black sockliner and orange tongue lining compliment the orange to black gradient insole that houses a basketball hoop graphic and the text “I Got Next.” Rounding out the look is the white midsole with black “Air” branding on the heel paired with an orange rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid I Got Next is set to release in June 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
