This Nike Air Force 1 Mid Is Dressed In Stars

With 40 years under its belt, the Bruce Kilgore-designed Nike Air Force 1 is as relevant today as it was when used primarily on the court. For such a monumental milestone, the Swoosh has big plans for the silhouette across all variations including a special Nike Air Force 1 Low “40th Anniversary” edition. Joining in on the parade is the recently emerged Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Star Perfs” White.
Coming dressed in an all-over-white upper, a mixture of tumbled and smooth leather make up the overlays and underlays respectively. The perforated toebox swaps out the conventional holes for stars. Running through the eyelets above is a set of cream-colored laces that run upwards to the Nike branded tongue tag and tumbled leather lockdown strap. The midfoot panel takes notes from the toebox, coming dressed in a smooth white leather and star perforations running throughout. The tumbled leather-look continues on the Nike Swoosh that works back to the tumbled leather heel overlay. Rounding out the entire look is a “Coconut Milk” colored AF1 midsole and rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid Star Perfs White is scheduled to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
