One of Nike's most iconic sneakers, the Bruce Kilgore designed Air Force 1 has been a staple for sneakerheads and casual audiences alike for decades. Designed for women, by women, the updated Nike Air Force 1 Pixel debuted in 2021. Now seen in a “Mystic Hibiscus” colorway, the brand is continuing their line of women's exclusives.
Still taking design cues from the original, the Nike Air Force 1 Pixel “Mystic Hibiscus” comes covered in a “Summit White” suede across the upper. Some minor differences from a normal pair of AF1s include the square eyelets and rectangle lace dubraes. The Swoosh logo on the sides in "Mystic Hibiscus” is actually cut into the upper, wrapping towards the heel tab of the same color. Down on the midsole, the Pixel effect comes in strong with an almost glitch like design featuring rectangular overlays and misplaced “AIR” branding. Rounding it all out is the white outsole with two cut-out hibiscus colored hits on the bottom.
The Nike Air Force 1 Pixel Mystic Hibiscus (W) is set to be released in 2022. Retail is set at $110 for women's sizing. They will be available through Nike and select retailers in-store and online.
