There's no debating the fact that Nike's Swoosh is one of the most memorable logos in history. Designed in 1971 by Carolyn Davidson, who was a graphic design student at Portland State University at the time, the design has pretty much remained exactly the same even after over five decades. To pay homage to this, the American sportswear company has unleashed the Nike Air Max 90 Quadruple "Swoosh White." A fitting tribute to the brand's legendary check mark, make sure you read on to find out everything that you need to know.
Taking on Tinker Hatfield's '90s classic, this Air Max 90 works on top of a breathable mesh base and is overlaid by smooth leather panels throughout. Rubberized elements make their way to the lacing system and heel badge as a nod to the Centre Pompidou in Paris, of which this model was inspired by, and underfoot you'll find a crisp Air midsole that's as comfortable as it gets. Of course, as its name states, you can't talk about this AM90 without bringing up the four Swooshes that glide across the laterals and medials. Arriving in grey, navy, and red tones, there's also a small embroidered one up top.
Expected to release sometime in 2023 alongside an Air Force 1 Low and Air Max Plus 3, the Nike Air Max 90 Quadruple Swoosh White will be available in men's sizes via Nike, the SNKRS app, and select online and in-store locations worldwide with retail price of $130.
