Nike is set to add another gem to its roster with a new women's exclusive Air Max 97, reminiscent of the celebrated 2018 Sean Wotherspoon collaboration. Much like the vintage curator’s version of the silhouette, this corduroy construction brings a nostalgic touch while still aligning with contemporary aesthetics.
This delightful take on the Air Max 97 silhouette sees a pastel palette of pink, red, burgundy, and yellow adorn the top half of the shoe, giving a refreshing and vibrant twist to the model. Contrasting the bright upper is a blue suede mudguard that amplifies the overall design of the sneaker. The midfoot showcases an embroidered "Air" text in a cursive font on the corduroy material. The ensemble is completed with a creamy foam midsole housing a full-length Max Air unit set atop a durable blairck rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max 97 Cordairoy W will release November 9, 2023, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $185.
