Inspired by varsity jackets from the '80s and '90s, this AM 97 features a midnight navy upper that's crafted from mesh, leather, and suede. Wavy panels swoop across the upper for that signature water ripple-inspired aesthetic, and embroidered Swoosh branding on the sides and tongue pay homage to the patches that you might find on the aforementioned outerwear pieces. Gorge Green pull tabs offer a dash of convenience, and underneath the sail Max Air cushioned midsole you'll find a gum rubber outsole that adds traction and durability with every step, making these perfect for the wet and windy months ahead.
Releasing in September 2022, the Nike Air Max 97 Obsidian Gorge Green W will be available in women's sizing with retail set at $180 and will launch alongside a complementary Air Max 1.
