It looks like Nike will be giving the Air Max Plus a massive push in 2023. Designed by Sean McDowell back in 1988, next year marks the retro runner's massive 25th anniversary. To celebrate this monumental milestone, the Oregon sportswear company will be releasing a plethora of must-have drops like the "Barometer," "Fire & Ice," and "Kiss My Airs," and now, another coveted colorway has been revealed in the form of the Nike Air Max Plus "Dusk."
Crafted from a breathable mesh construction, this Air Max Plus boasts a sunset-esque gradient effect that fades gracefully from orange to pink. A palm tree-inspired caging system wraps around the upper for extra support, while anthracite leather mudguards embrace the exterior of the shoe. A hexagonal Nike Air badge is finely inlaid in the tongue, while the world-renowned TN Air emblem hits the heel, hinting at the technology used within the chunky "Sail" midsole underfoot.
Expected to release in Spring 2023, the Nike Air Max Plus Dusk will be available in men's sizes via Nike and select online and in-store locations worldwide, with retail price of $175.
