Nike's catalog of performance basketball sneakers continues to expand. Following the successful debut of the Zoom GT series in 2021, Nike is set to launch its next-gen silhouette, the Air Zoom GT Jump 2, in a clean "Bred" colorway. Previously, we had early looks at the Air Zoom GT Jump 2 "Mica Green Bright Crimson."
The second iteration of the Zoom GT Jump carries on the tradition of innovative design with its mid-top structure. The upper presents a zebra-like pattern of black and white textile near the midfoot and heel, while the toe box sports an all-white finish for a streamlined look. Black accents on the eyelets, laces, and collar enhance the shoe's overall aesthetics. Adding a splash of color to the design, the air bubbles on the collar and heel tab are adorned with vivid red graphics. Underfoot, a foam midsole houses Nike React cushioning in the heel. An uncaged Zoom Air unit in the forefoot ensures a springy, responsive cushion. The sneaker is fitted with a semi-translucent icy blue outsole to complete the design.
The Nike Air Zoom GT Jump 2 Bred will release July 28 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $180.
