From the "Inspected By Swoosh" Collection to the "Tartan" Pack, it's going to be a major year for the '70s basketball shoe. With that said, the Oregon sportswear giant is set to add yet another limited edition release to its line-up with the Nike Blazer Mid 77 Swoosh Pocket "White Team Red," and it's got a hidden feature that you probably never knew you needed in your life until now.
From the outset, this Blazer Mid looks like just another classic colorway. Boasting a textured leather upper in white, it's subtly contrasted by a creamy muslin rubber midsole underfoot which offers a very vintage vibe. Rich team red accents make their way to the sockliner and Swoosh, and speaking of which, you'll find that a secret pocket here. While you can store whatever you want here, it's actually a dedicated space for you to place the exclusive golden hang tag that comes with the Blazer. Featuring a basketball on one side and the Nike logo on the other, the rim is decorated with "JUST DO IT" and "MMXXIII," which is Roman numerals for the year 2023.
Expected to release in Spring 2023, the Nike Blazer Mid 77 Swoosh Pocket White Team Red W will be exclusively available in women's sizes for $110 and will drop at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select online and in-store retailers within the coming months.
