Thankfully for sneakerheads and fans of the late-Kobe Bryant, Nike and Vanessa Bryant agreed to continue the ever-popular Nike Kobe line. So far, the Kobe 6 Protro, Kobe 4 Protro, and Kobe 8 Protro in “Triple White” have hit shelves with even more to follow. Going into next year, we're set to receive a new Nike Kobe 8 Protro in a White Court Purple colorway.
This Kobe 8 features a white engineered mesh upper, creating a clean and versatile base. This light background is contrasted by court purple on the embroidered Swoosh, laces, and Kobe signature on the white TPU heel counter. Most obvious, however, is the sporadic "24" and "8" featured on the upper's design which is identical to the Kobe 8 Protro Radiant Emerald. Underfoot sees a fusion of white and purple, with both shades making up the midsole and purple taking over the grippy outsole.
The Nike Kobe 8 Protro White Court Purple will release February 8, 2024 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Men’s sizing will retail for $190, with Grade School and Pre-School versions available for $120 and $90, respectively.
