LeBron James' twentieth signature shoe is quickly becoming one of his most hyped silhouettes yet. After checking out the "Art Basel" and "Chosen 1" earlier this month, we're now taking our very first look at the Nike LeBron 20 "Black Metallic Gold." Featuring details that bear a striking resemblance to the LeBron 9 "Watch The Throne," there's no doubt in anyone's mind that this colorway is fit for a king, so keep it locked here to find out everything that we know so far, including release information and pricing details.
Featuring a black mesh upper, the LeBron 20 is decorated with a pure platinum Swoosh across the lateral panel, and this is overlaid by a gold metallic one that shoots right past the heel. Additional gold accents can be found throughout the shoe, adorning the top eyelets and the dubrae, as well as the "XX" that's stitching onto the tongue, nodding to King James' twentieth shoe. Underfoot, the Zoom Air midsole arrives in a crisp white hue and has been lightly speckled for a look that's sure to turn heads. This is then finished off with an icy blue rubber outsole that further pays homage to the aforementioned LeBron 9.
The Nike LeBron 20 Black Metallic Gold is set to release on April 4th, 2023 in men's, gradeschool, and pre-school sizes. Retail is set at $200, $160 and $95, respectively.
