Back in 2019, the Oregon-based sportswear giant revealed the P-6000 silhouette. Taking inspiration from the legendary Air Pegasus collection from 1983, it was infused with futuristic elements for a design that combined the best of both eras. Now, after a brief hiatus, the retro-influenced model is back in the form of the Nike P-6000 "Pure Platinum," and it's definitely a must-cop in our eyes.
Featuring a neat multi-material construction, this P-6000 works on top of a breathable mesh base and is overlaid by pure platinum leather panels throughout. A white Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial side panels, and this is outlined with black for added depth. This stealthy shade extends towards the sockliner and mudguard, and is contrasted by a chunky Cushlon midsole underfoot for comfort and cushioning that knows no bounds, offering that classic dad shoe look and feel that this model is world-renowned for.
Releasing sometime in Summer 2023, the Nike P-6000 Pure Platinum will drop in men's sizes at Nike and select retailers online and in physical locations with a retail price of $110.
