Nike continues solidifying its reputation as a leader in running technology, consistently introducing innovations that enhance athlete performance and comfort. This commitment is evident in the evolution of the Pegasus line, which has been a cornerstone of Nike's running shoe offerings for decades. On the heels of the recent On Air event in Paris, where Nike showcased the Pegasus 41 and several new Blueprint colorways, the brand is set to launch the Nike Pegasus Plus in August 2024, a new iteration that builds on the legacy of the Pegasus Turbo series.
The Nike Pegasus Plus, originally slated to be the Pegasus Turbo 4, features a Flyknit upper paired with durable nylon extending from the toe to the top of the tongue, ensuring breathability and a snug fit. Reinforced TPU eyelets and fused TPU on the sides further enhance stability, securing the foot in place during runs. The standout feature of the Pegasus Plus is its use of Nike’s ZoomX foam, the brand's premier cushioning technology, which promises exceptional energy return and comfort. For its debut, the Pegasus Plus will be available in seven colorways: Barely Grey Hot Punch, Black Pure Platinum, Light Orewood Brown, White Sail, Glacier Blue Life Lime, Crimson Tint Red Stardust, and Black Hyper Crimson, providing options to suit every runner's style.
