With Sabrina Ionescu and the New York Liberty standing atop the Eastern Conference of the WNBA (and the league as a whole), expect another deep playoff push that hopefully results in Sabrina’s first WNBA title. Throughout this stellar season, Ionescu has been sporting her signature Nike sneaker, the Sabrina 2, which has appeared in a variety of Team Bank options as well as themed pairs. White hues dominate along the engineered mesh base, with more of this shade present along the synthetic S overlay on the midfoot and eyestays. Transparent mesh reveals black cables as part of the lacing system, with a metallic silver Swoosh adorned with mini S logos running across the midfoot. The tail end of the Swoosh rests above the collar and heel, which contains more nods to Sabrina with mini S’s embroidered into the upper. Contrasting the neutral hues are pops of glacier blue, found on Sabrina’s logo atop the tongue and the insole. Underfoot sits a white Cushlon 3.0 and Zoom Air-cushioned midsole with Sabrina’s signature and her number 20 on the midfoot and toe, respectively. Finishing the design is the grippy rubber outsole in white.
The Nike Sabrina 2 White Noise W will release on October 1, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $130 and $100, respectively.
