Ishod Wair gave fans a sneak peek of his second signature sneaker with Nike SB, the Nike SB Air Max Ishod. This upcoming model follows the success of the original Nike SB Ishod, a silhouette widely acclaimed in the skateboarding community for its excellent performance and clean design.
While the full technical details of the sneaker have yet to be revealed, official images give us a look into what the sneaker is packing. Retaining its low-cut build, the sneaker’s general shape remains the same, with improvements to the internal cushioning, upper durability, and paneling. Forgoing the backward Swoosh detail, the midfoot displays a prominent logo. Ishod branding is incorporated on the tongue and eyestays while SB branding is found on the heel. The sole unit also gains a visible Air unit borrowed from the Air Max line.
The Nike SB Air Max Ishod in White Red Black and White Violet Obsidian is hitting select skate shops at the end of December 2023, with a wider release slated for January 19, 2024, through select Nike SB-affiliated retailers online and in-store. An online launch through Nike for these pairs and future colorways will take place later in the Spring. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
