Ishod Wair’s second signature Nike SB silhouette, the Nike SB Air Max Ishod, has been a surprise hit for Nike’s skateboarding division. The ‘90s hoops-inspired skate shoe has been subject to multiple makeovers since its debut earlier in the year, including a collaboration with Verdy back in September. Now, the model is taking on the appearance of one of the most iconic Air Max colorways of all time with an homage to the Nike Air Max 97 Silver Bullet.
Like the original Air Max 97 colorway, this Silver Bullet SB Air Max Ishod features a metallic silver palette across various panels. Red accents pop on the mini Swoosh along the midfoot and the thread around the edge of the pull tab on the heel. Ishod Wair branding comes along the eyelets with WAIR featured in large black textiles, and Ishod debossed in smaller letters between the letters in his last name. Tonal stitching details and a tonal lace set help complete the upper, while the look is complete with a white foam midsole featuring a drop-in Air Max cushion paired with a black and clear rubber outsole.
The Nike SB Air Max Ishod Silver Bullet will release in Spring 2025 through Nike SB-affiliated skate shops and possibly via Nike online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $110.
