Nike's dedication to refreshing classic silhouettes with modern aesthetics has kept the Zoom Vomero 5 in the spotlight, making it a staple among sneakerheads and fashion enthusiasts. Following the recent unveiling of the Light Silver Chrome and Racer Blue Metallic Silver editions, a new Jade Horizon colorway has appeared.
This latest Zoom Vomero 5 is characterized by its robust construction and eye-pleasing color palette. The upper blends suede and mesh materials, providing a comfortable and breathable fit. Most of the overlays are dressed in the titular jade horizon color, visible on the suede that wraps the toe, vamp, midfoot, and heel, as well as on the TPU reinforcements that add structural integrity to the midfoot and heel. The sneaker's base features light silver mesh, ensuring ventilation and adding a subtle metallic flair.
The Nike Swoosh on the midfoot also sports a phantom color, seamlessly integrating with the overall design. Functionality meets fashion in the sole unit, where the Zoom Vomero 5’s performance roots are evident. The midsole, a mix of jade horizon and cream, is equipped with Nike’s Zoom Air and Cushlon technology, offering responsive cushioning that adapts to the wearer's movements. A matching jade horizon rubber outsole complements this.
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Jade Horizon will release on June 11, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
