The Nike Zoom Vomero 5, a celebrated runner from the 2010s, has been subject to a strong comeback throughout 2023. This performance-oriented sneaker, renowned for its comfort and durability, leans perfectly into the current trend of retro runners. Now, Nike is dressing the model in a "Photon Dust University Blue" colorway.

This two-tone Nike Zoom Vomero 5 rendition blends premium materials and dynamic colors. The upper includes leather, mesh, and TPU elements, most enveloped in a photon dust hue. Leather panels grace the mudguard, toebox, vamp, and eyestays, while a mesh base underneath is veiled by a TPU overlay on the midfoot and heel. The university blue branding details, visible on the midfoot Swoosh and the top of the tongue, lend a striking contrast. The same photon dust color extends to the Nike Zoom and Cushlon-cushioned midsole, while a grey rubber outsole completes the look.
