As the fashion world continues to revisit the distinctive styles of the early 2010s, the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 has returned triumphantly to the spotlight. Ahead of the launch of an all-pink Barbie rendition, images of the Ultra Red colorway have emerged.
This new Ultra Red variant of the Zoom Vomero 5 employs deep shades of university red across the sneaker's multi-material upper. The mixed composition of suede, leather, mesh, and TPU enhances the overall visual impact of the sneaker. A foundational layer of white mesh provides contrast, with additional white accents appearing on the tongue tag. The iconic Nike Swoosh shines in silver and features a 3M reflective finish. Underneath, a red and white Zoom Air and Cushlon midsole is matched with a durable red rubber outsole.
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Premium Ultra Red was originally released on October 7, 2023, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. They are set to restock via SNKRS on December 13. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
