Without an end in sight to the mesh runner trend, Nike is prepping more and more colorways of the fan-favorite Vomero 5. We’ve been given previews of standard renditions like the Vivid Purple and Dark Team Red in recent weeks. The new Vast Grey Taupe Grey colorway will join Nike’s Spring 2025 release calendar.
A wide-spaced mesh acts as the base of this Vomero 5 colorway, with this mesh coming in taupe grey. Synthetic overlays above this take on the secondary shade of vast grey, featured on the mudguard, toebox, midfoot panel, and heel. TPU cages on the midfoot and heel help reinforce the upper, both taking on the vast grey color scheme. Along the tongue sits taupe grey mesh, contrasted by the lace set and woven tongue label. Reflective 3M details find a home on the mudguard, midfoot overlays, and the heel, adding some flash to the silhouette. The Zoom Air and Cushlon-cushioned midsole finishes the design in vast grey and taupe grey paired with a tonal rubber outsole.
The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Vast Grey Taupe Grey W will release Spring 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
