You didn’t think Nike would stop pushing out Dunk Low colorways in the near future, did you? Well, if you thought so, you’d be dead wrong as the model seems to appear in a new form on an almost daily basis. While next year is set to bring us a facelift on the model in the form of the Nike Dunk Low Remaster, we’ll still get plenty of standard iterations like the recently seen Nike Dunk Low “Aqua Green Bubblegum Brown.”
The classic all-leather build the Dunk has become famous for is present on this color-clashing iteration with bubblegum pink and brown tumbled leather taking over the mudguard and heel overlay respectively. Smooth leather in an aqua-green hue can be found on the underlay, located on the perforated toebox, quarter panel, and collar while this same hue also makes its way to the mesh tongue. Laces deviate from the color palette as they are seen in a pinkish-tan color, resting just below the deep aqua-green Nike branded tongue tag. Continuing with the darker tone, the eyestays, Nike Swoosh, and heel tab contrast well with the base layer, seen in a similar tone compared to the tongue tag. Underfoot, a white Dunk midsole gets paired with a black rubber outsole, completing the look.
The Nike Dunk Low Aqua Green Bubblegum Brown is likely to release in 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is TBD.
