The Off-White founder is set to follow-up his highly successful collaboration with Jordan Brand on the classic Air Jordan 2 Retro Low. Going back to work with NSW, Abloh has reworked the classic Nike Air Force 1 Mid in two clean colorways. Coming in "White Clear" and "Black Clear," the OW x AF1 Mid is ready for everyday wear, whether you prefer white-based or black-based kicks.
Off-White’s Nike Air Force 1 Mid is a rugged update to the Bruce Kilgore-designed silhouette. The sneaker features a synthetic upper with knit and mesh netting accents and clear translucent detailing. Traditional midfoot straps are still present on these AF1s while a second set of laces running down the quarter panel to the top eyestay add some extra flair. Off-White’s traditional Helvetica text labeling is found on the medial sides with mis-matched tabs on the lateral Swoosh logos. A modified midsole exposes the usually hidden Air unit in the heel while a multi-colored rubber spiked outsole that takes design cues from the Off-White x Nike Waffle Racer rounds things out for these Air Forces.
The Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid SP is set to release in June of 2022. It will launch at Nike and select retailers in-store and online. They will retail for $185 in extended mens sizing. Both pairs will come housed in special Off-White packaging. Keep it locked to our Twitter and Mobile App to stay up to date on this release as it gets closer.
