The University of Oklahoma stands tall for its prowess on the field and its strong association with the Jumpman. Over the years, being sponsored by Jordan, Oklahoma has been at the receiving end of some notable exclusives from Jordan Brand. And with the anticipation building for the upcoming college football season, The Sooners have once again stirred up excitement among fans and sneakerheads by unveiling their new Jordan 12 Low Cleat PEs.
Paying homage to the school's vibrant colors, this cleated version of the Air Jordan 12 Low brilliantly blends red, black, and white to create an ensemble that screams “Sooners Pride.” The meticulously quilted tumbled leather upper provides a rich texture, further enhanced by a contrasting faux reptile skin mudguard in a sleek black. Lace loops in black seamlessly integrate with the striking red tongue, creating a balanced aesthetic. Branding plays a pivotal role in the shoe's design, with alternating "OU" and Jumpman logos embroidered on the tongue of the pairs. Additional "OU" marks are tastefully placed on the insole and pull tab. The cleated chrome-finished sole unit ensures players get the traction and grip they need on the turf.
The Air Jordan 12 Retro Low Cleat OU PE will be exclusive to football players at the University of Oklahoma and will not see a retail release.
