LA-based streetwear label Pleasures has had a solid run of collaborative footwear projects in the last year. We’ve seen the label team up with long-time partner Puma twice, once on the Suede XL, the other on the Spirex, and Reebok and Asics. Now, Pleasures is linking up with Clarks to launch two Torhill colorways.
Pleasures adds simple color palettes to the silhouette, one mid-top in Black and the other a low-top in Green. Premium suede details cover the paneling of each model, coating the mudguard, midfoot, collar, and toebox. Tonal stitching is placed along the raised suede near the toebox and on the collar. In contrast, intricate ornate and dragon embroidery in a contrasting hue across the silhouette, including the tongue, toe, and heel. Pleasures branding also comes as part of the embroidered accent on the Black pair, opting for an embossed logo on the Green iteration. Down below, the model features the chunky segmented rubber midsole the Torhill is famous for, coming in tonal shades between both colors.
The Pleasures x Clarks Torhill Pack will release on November 22, 2024, through Pleasures online. A wider release via Clarks has not been confirmed at this time. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price has not yet been announced.
