In 1994, Emmitt Smith of the Dallas Cowboys laced up and endorsed the Reebok Preseason silhouette on the field. This silhouette even made it onto the blacktop, worn by ballers like Muggy Bogues, a Charlotte Hornets member. The crossover appeal and functionality of the model, now known as the Preseason 94, made it a go-to sneaker for those looking to participate in numerous sports on the go.
This year, Reebok celebrated the 30th Anniversary of the Preseason 94 by bringing it back into production for the first time in decades. After the silhouette was kicked off in the original Black White colorway, new pairs like the Panini collab, Big Game, and Dallas Cowboys editions have kept fans' interests throughout 2024. The Reebok Preseason 94 gets a rugged makeover, themed after classic boot colors as winter weather draws near.
Known as the Beef & Broccoli edition, this Reebok Preseason 94 comes in a night black, dark matter, and earthy green colorway. The upper comprises leather, suede, and nubuck, all in brown, black, and green tones, furthering the beef and broccoli theme. Subtle hits of nylon and mesh provide breathability, while the midfoot strap locks the foot in place. An aggressively lugged outsole provides traction perfect for whatever Mother Nature throws at you.
The Reebok Preseason 94 Beef & Broccoli is set to release on October 18, 2024. They will be available at Reebok and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $130. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
