Those that have made it professionally in the world of basketball as well as the local dad who brings his kids to shoot some hoops all have memories of hitting up a local rec center to play games of 21 or just to practice their jumpshot. Bringing all of us back to those days, Reebok has crafted a rendition of Allen Iverson’s Reebok Question Low that exudes the spirit of the rec center.
Keeping its OG construction, we see the Question Low take on shades of grey throughout its leather portions while the suede toecap comes covered in a dark black shade. Tonal grey laces match the sandwich mesh tongue and come contrasted by a black Reebok Vector logo up top. More branding details land on the midfoot’s half-circle leather overlay in the same design as the tongue with the Question logo getting embroidered in all-black on the heel. Tying in the rec center theme, we see the insole feature “Rec Center” branding stylized in Reebok’s font as well as a depiction of the lines you’d find on the basketball court. Rounding out the design is the creamy Hexalite-cushioned midsole paired with a multi-color camo print on the rubber outsole.
The Reebok Question Low Rec Center is set to release on March 17th, 2023 through Reebok and select retailers online and in-store. Releasing in men’s sizing, the pair will retail for $140.
