Salehe Bembury expanded his Pollex Pod collection with Crocs to introduce a kid’s version of his ever-popular Crocs Pollex Clog. Following the success of previous releases, Bembury and Crocs are set to unveil a new kids' exclusive colorway, Curry, alongside the adult-focused Ube colorway.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog Curry features a vibrant green colorway that is playful and stylish. The clog's upper is crafted entirely from Crocs' proprietary Croslite foam, offering lightweight comfort and durability. Unlike the adult versions, the kids' model forgoes the zonal rubber portions, opting for a full foam construction that provides added cushioning and ease of wear.
The iconic 3D fingerprint design remains a central feature, adding a tactile element to the clog. Perforations on the sidewall and toebox ensure breathability, making the clogs suitable for all-day wear. Co-branding details, including Salehe Bembury's name and the Crocs logo, are subtly integrated into the design, appearing on the side of the sports mode strap, the spine of the strap, and on the footbed. The tonal foam outsole continues the fingerprint motif, providing traction and a distinctive aesthetic.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog Curry GS will release on August 8, 2024, through Salehe Bembury's Be A Spunge site, and later through Crocs and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in kids’ sizing, the retail price is set at $75. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
