After extending his collaboration with Crocs for two more years and being named the head of the Pollex Pod collection, Salehe Bembury has expanded beyond the original Crocs Pollex Clog. In 2024, he introduced the Saru Clog, a fresh iteration that blends Crocs' functional design with Bembury's distinct style. Following up on the recently released Geneva and Citrine colorways, and after teasing us with an upcoming Puma collaboration, Bembury now unveils the Mochi and Ginger colorways.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Saru Clog Mochi and Ginger retains the split design characteristic of the Saru Clog while drawing inspiration from the classic Crocs Clog. The upper features perforations on the toe and sidewall, enhancing breathability and allowing for the addition of Jibbitz charms. Co-branded Salehe Bembury and Crocs logos are on the footbed and medial sidewall, adding a touch of exclusivity. The 3D fingerprint midsole and outsole design, constructed from the same Croslite foam as the upper, ensures comfort and durability. The Ginger colorway of the Saru Clog comes in a tonal tan hue, providing a versatile and neutral option. On the other hand, the Mochi colorway offers a mauve-like makeover.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Saru Clog Mochi and Ginger will release on July 25, 2024, through Salehe Bembury's Be A Spunge website, Crocs, and select retailers online and in-store.
