Even though 2023 is coming in hot, Asics still isn't done with this year's hyped collabs. After taking the wraps off of the RED SPIDER x atmos x Asics GEL-Lyte III yesterday, the Japanese sportswear brand has now revealed the SHUSHU/TONG x Asics GEL-MJ Pack. Marking the first time that they've teamed up with the Chinese streetwear label, this two-shoe collection gives one of their most popular athletic silhouettes a fashion forward makeover, and the results are sure to turn heads wherever you go.
Taking on the GEL-MJ model, SHUSHU/TONG rendition comes in "Black" and "White" color options and features a multi-material construction that's unlike anything else out there. Working on top of a mesh base that's decorated with a zig-zag motif, it's overlaid with textured rubber throughout, with elements attached to the upper using a series of studs and buttons. Asics' iconic Tiger Stripes run through the lateral and medial sidewalls, and of course, you can't talk about this collaboration without mentioning the oversized bow that adorns the lacing system. A signature SHUSHU/TONG feature, these are perfect for both the running track and the run way.
