The Pharrell Williams x adidas Superstar 92 Virginia Pack Releases February 2025

Even with his primary focus on Louis Vuitton, Pharrell Williams is still finding time to work with his long-time partners at adidas to bring new footwear to market. Last year saw a significant slowdown in the output from Pharrell and his Humanrace label, but 2025 will see a return to form as there have been previews of multiple collaborations from the duo. Alongside his enlarged and exaggerated take on the Adistar Cushion 3.0, Pharrell is puffing up the adidas Superstar 92 in two clean colorways.

Inspired by the bulky, exaggerated proportions of ‘90s silhouettes, Pharrell reimagines the Superstar with an ultra-sized finish applied to the outer portion of the upper. No, not to the extreme that Kerwin Frost brought to the sneaker in 2021, but a much bigger version than a standard Superstar. From a top-down view, you can see the extra padding added to the collar and how wide the sneaker has become, though it still retains key features that made the silhouette famous.

The shelltoe remains intact, though it has an enlarged look like the rest of the model. Three Stripes on the midfoot land next to the Superstar 92 branding and contrast the upper with a white finish on the Black colorway and a black finish on the White pair. Laces continue the contrasting features, providing a pop of pink on the White pair and an electrifying yellow on the Black pair. Finishing the upper is the adidas-branded logos on the heel and tongue, the latter hosting “Virginia” text in honor of the home state of Pharrell Williams.

The Pharrell Williams x adidas Superstar 92 Virginia Pack will release early on February 15, 2025, exclusively through A Ma Maniere and Social Status in Georgia. A wider release via adidas and select retailers will occur in the coming weeks. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $200.
