Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 Low Turf Reverse Mocha Promo Sample Appears Online

Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Foundation has celebrated HBCUs and raised money to help students experiencing financial adversity continue their schooling through the yearly Cactus Jack Foundation HBCU Celebrity Softball Classic. Some of La Flame’s friends in the music industry, celebrities, and superstar athletes take part in the game, but of course, with Scott participating, you know he and the rest of the players are bound to lace up some heat.

While we’ve seen PE cleats from Scott on the diamond, including a custom Air Max 1 and his Jordan 1 Lows, in-hand images of a turf version of the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Reverse Mocha have appeared.

The iconic Reverse Mocha colorway from Travis’ AJ 1 Low, initially released in July 2022, is retooled for the baseball field, replacing the usual Jordan 1 midsole and outsole with a turf sole unit. Outside of the obvious retooled sole unit, there are slight differences compared to the standard version. Embroidered Cactus Jack and Jordan logos on the heel are no longer rendered in university red. Instead, the pair opts for a light curry shade.

Light curry also takes over the insole, but the rest of the sneaker sticks to the original’s color scheme and material makeup. White leather is the overlay, while a mocha brown hue takes over the suede base layer. Travis’ reverse Swoosh detail is executed in a muslin shade on the lateral side.

This Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Turf Reverse Mocha Promo Sample was produced exclusively for those participating in the 2024 Cactus Jack Foundation HBCU Celebrity Softball Classic. Still, known sample collector and seller depeche23mode has acquired a pair from someone who wears a size 10. Currently, he has the pair listed for $20,000, but don’t expect to see this pair pop up again anytime soon.
