One of the most significant collaborators for Nike and Jordan Brand is undoubtedly Travis Scott. The Air Jordan 1 Low stands out among his collaborative designs, especially with this year's release of two new versions: the women's exclusive Olive and the Golf variant. Before the Olive colorway's release, Scott was seen sporting a unique version of the sneaker at the Jordan World of Flight store in Tokyo, which featured details not seen on the retail version. This exact pair gained further fame when Scott wore it during his performance at Rolling Loud Europe, where he also gifted it to a lucky fan. This one-of-a-kind sneaker is now up for auction through Goldin Auctions.
What makes this particular Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Olive so special is the addition of Utopia branding and an altered tongue tag design. The pair retains iconic features like the Cactus Jack smiley face on the left heel tab and the Wings logo on the right. However, it stands apart with the Utopia logo beneath the left sneaker's heel tab and an image of Scott from the Utopia album cover on the right.
Additional Utopia-themed branding is visible on the lace dubrae. At the same time, the tongue tag is adorned with symbols related to the Utopia theme Scott has consistently used in his merchandise and album rollout. Moreover, the medial Swoosh on these shoes is cut in a style closer to the 1985 version of the AJ1 Low.
The auction for this stage-worn Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low Olive Utopia is set to conclude on December 20, and while the current bids stand at $4,250, it's expected to fetch much more.
