After teaming up for part two of the "ONE ON ONE" capsule earlier this month, UNDERCOVER and WTAPS have reunited, this time for the UNDERCOVER x WTAPS x Converse Chuck 70 Z Hi "Black" collaboration. Bringing together Jun Takahashi's signature punk aesthetic and Tetsu Nishiyama's militaristic vibes, the result is a match made in heaven.
Offered in a black canvas construction that's extremely rugged and hard-wearing, contrast white stitching runs across the upper for that classic Chuck 70 look that we all know and love. Co-brand detailing is printed on the lateral panel, where you'll also find a zip that runs from the midsole all the way to the top of the ankle. The egret-hued toe cap is then complemented by a vulcanized rubber midsole underfoot, finalizing the design.
The UNDERCOVER x WTAPS x Converse Chuck 70 Z Hi Black is scheduled to release on October 1st, 2022 in men's sizes. A retail price has yet TBA, but they should be available at UNDERCOVER, WTAPS, Converse, and a select few stockists online and in-store across the globe.
