A Third Union x Nike Cortez Has Been Revealed

Union and Nike have worked on classic silhouettes for the last few years with the release of their Jordan 1 collab and multiple Jordan 4 releases. On the eve of their latest Union x Nike Dunk Low “Passport Pack,” images have begun to surface online of a Nike Cortez the duo is working on. With two colorways already teased, we have first looks at a third Union x Nike Cortez.
Updating the standard Cortez construction, Union has dressed the retro Nike silhouette in canvas and suede. New paneling along the upper comes dressed in grey across the majority of the suede overlays while the canvas underlay takes a two-tone yellow and pink approach. Hits of blue make their way along the Nike swoosh on the midfoot as well as panels on the eyelets and heel tab. The usual Union LA tag is positioned on the bottom eyelet which is stitched to the grey suede above, with yellow stitching. Further Union hits come on the heel tab and on the cork insole. Rounding out the look is a grey Nike Grind midsole and grey rubber outsole.
This Union x Nike Cortez, alongside the other two colorways, is expected to drop sometime in 2022 through Union LA, Nike and select Nike retailers online and in-store.
