Merrell is stepping out with a new collaboration fusing outdoor readiness and Japanese high-fashion aesthetics. Partnering with Japanese outdoor label White Mountaineering, Merrell offers a fresh take on their popular Wrapt Mid outdoor boot. This partnership reflects both brands' dedication to combining practical utility with innovative design, creating a pair that promises excellent performance and stands out from the rest of the market.
For this special edition, the White Mountaineering x Merrell Wrapt Mid retains its well-loved boot form while introducing new color elements. The suede upper dons an ashy black hue peppered with yellow contrast stitching throughout. This color also extends onto the mesh portion of the collar. Nylon eyelets, placed in a vibrant, multi-color arrangement, house the thick rope laces. On the tongue, blue mesh also brings a pop of color to the otherwise earthy design. Grounding the look, a tonal grey midsole features a traction pattern that climbs up from the matching outsole below.
The White Mountaineering x Merrell Wrapt Mid will release June 17 through White Mountaineering's website and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is yet to be announced.
