After introducing the three-way partnership between Clarks Originals, Ronnie Fieg’s Kith, and adidas with the first collection of crepe sole-laden adidas Sambas, the trio has launched a handful of different sneakers combining Clarks’ sole units and adidas’ classic silhouettes. Follow-ups to this original Samba collection included a follow-up Kithmas collection in 2023 and Kith Loyalty Program-exclusives colors of the Gazelle Indoor, AS350, and BW Army. After a Kithmas 2024 collection that saw all three sneakers get a snakeskin makeover, Fieg has showcased an all-new Kith x Clarks 8th St. x adidas Samba JP.
Unlike the traditional Samba OG, the adidas Samba JP (Japan) takes on the aesthetics of a ‘90s indoor football sneaker with its quilted toebox. Fieg gives the model a premium makeover regarding its material makeup, coating the upper in black tumbled leather and contrasting this with white leather on the Three Stripes and heel tab. An added leather tag akin to those found on Clarks Originals releases features Kith branded debossed, coming in a matching black finish. Down below, the model comes complete with a natural crepe sole unit.
Ronnie Fieg’s Kith x Clarks 8th St. x adidas Samba JP Black White will release sometime in 2025 exclusively through Kith online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
