Collaborations continue to emerge from the Crocs camp as the Colorado-based clog makers have various partnerships hitting shelves in the new year. On top of the upcoming Vegeta and Goku Crocs with Dragon Ball Z and the recent Futura collaborations, the label is working with Disney’s Monsters Inc. to bring Mike Wazowski to life on the Classic Clog. Joining his green friend is James P. Sullivan, aka Sulley.
Crocs brought Mike to life on the Classic Clog, which was simple. However, capturing Sulley’s furry look was more challenging as Crocs chose the Cozzzy Sandal silhouette. We see Sulley’s baby blue and purple-spotted fury all over the design, with his horns attached to one of the forefoot straps. We also see James P. Sullivan’s work badge attached near the toe, depicting a portrait of the character, including his full name, employee number, and job title.
A Disney Pixar Monster Inc.-branded patch is embedded into the lined footbed, surrounded by tonal blue hues. Sulley’s fur even makes its way down the sidewall of the midsole, stopping just before reaching the tonal blue foam outsole.
The Monsters Inc. x Crocs Cozzzy Sandals Sulley will release on February 18, 2025, through Crocs and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $75.
