Not every sneaker needs to consist of a sophisticated, earth-tone color palette; sometimes, applying a fun theme can create a fan-favorite colorway. Many of these are food-themed, as with the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low Strawberry Milkshake, themed after the desert and fast food orders.
Creamy hues on the upper mix with a strawberry milkshake-shaded leather toebox, midfoot panel, and collar, the three locations coming in pink with speckled dark pink paint to appear like a blended strawberry ice cream. Surrounding the milkshake mix are white leather overlays on the mudguard, eyestays, and heel. Perforated strawberry pink leather appears on the Swoosh, matching the hue on the embroidered Jumpman atop the tongue.
The final branding detail on the upper is found on the heel, where the Jordan Wings logo is embroidered in a tonal white finish. While the colors and paint job applied to the upper draw a comparison to a strawberry milkshake, the connection is more overt once you look at the insole. A partially torn receipt with a to-go cheeseburger order, extra crispy french fries, and a strawberry milkshake with whipped cream is found atop the pink insole. Finishing the sneaker is the sail rubber midsole and pink outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Strawberry Milkshake W will release in Summer 2025 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is $125.
