Jordan Brand went all out last night in marketing efforts ahead of Luka Doncic’s first match-up against his former team, the Dallas Mavericks, since he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. Spearheading this was an advertisement depicting Luka changing his license plate from Texas to California, with the vehicle used in the ad seen outside the Lakers arena ahead of tip-off. With all these eyes on Luka and Jordan Brand, the two have decided to use this moment to debut the next model in the Jordan Luka line — the Jordan Luka 4.
The Luka 3’s high-end performance vehicle-inspired design language seems to continue onto the Luka 4 as the midfoot panel has a large circular textile panel that resembles a racetrack. A mixture of leather and textile, alongside mesh panels, combine to create a breathable yet sturdy design that will hold up to Luka’s style of play. Currently, tech specs have yet to be revealed, though we can see the midsole features Cushlon branding, continuing over from the Luka 3.
The Jordan Luka 4 Barely Green will release April 8, 2025, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in men's and gradeschool sizing, retail is $130 and $100, respectively.
