Although 2025 marks the 40th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 High, Jordan Brand is celebrating its vast array of retro silhouettes throughout the year. As always, the Air Jordan 3, the silhouette that preserved the Air Jordan line and kept Michael Jordan from leaving Nike, is a major part of the release calendar. For Summer 2025, JB has cooked up an all-new women’s exclusive version featuring metallic silver accents.
Sticking to the primarily white color palette that has graced countless different versions of the AJ 3, this new women’s exclusive version opts for a smooth leather finish instead of the traditional tumbled leather build. Alongside this change, the mudguard and heel overlays, usually host elephant print suede, are replaced with cracked metallic silver leather. It seems that Jordan Brand has found a liking to this material as it is the same, albeit a different shade, used on the upcoming Ruby Air Jordan 1 High.

Back on the white heel tab, we see a grey Jumpman logo, matching the grey accents on the eyelets near the vamp and on the collar. Though we can’t see the Jumpman on the tongue, it’ll likely follow the same cement grey color scheme as the other logo. Underfoot, the pair is complete with an Air Jordan 3 midsole featuring white and metallic silver hues and a grey rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 3 Retro Sail Metallic Silver W will be released on April 12, 2025, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. It is available in women’s sizing and retails for $200. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
