While the Air Jordan line was originally crafted for performance basketball, the sneakers have since found their way into almost all forms of sport, including football. The one that started it all, the Air Jordan 1, has consistently appeared in cleated versions for the gridiron, oftentimes taking on iconic colorways like the Chicago iteration. Now, Jordan Brand is giving the cleated Air Jordan 1 Mid TD a Bred Toe makeover.
Although not an OG colorway on the Air Jordan 1, the Bred Toe combines two original AJ 1s, the Bred and Black Toe, onto one sneaker. The first release for the Bred Toe took place shortly after NBA All-Star Weekend in 2018, and since then, the colorway has made its way onto various iterations of the Jordan 1 family. For this cleated variant, black patent leather appears on the mudguard, eyestays, and Swoosh, while smooth red leather is featured on the toe. White smooth leather is present on the midfoot, contrasting the smooth red leather on the collar overlay and heel.

More black hits are found on the lace set, nylon tongue, and black leather collar underlay. Final details on the upper included the black Wings logo stamped on the collar and white Nike Air embroidered onto the woven tongue tag. Underfoot sits a cleated midsole in white and a red cleated rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Cleat TD Bred Toe will release Sin ummer 2025 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $150.
