Tomorrow marks the first drop in the Kith Spring 2025 Collection, featuring new releases from Kith Classics x adidas Originals and inline Kith apparel. Still, Ronnie Fieg and his Kith conglomerate have plenty more on the horizon. Previewed last week was an upcoming New Balance 991v2 project, which, in the background of one of these photos, one could barely make out what appeared to be a Kith x New Balance 992 Made in USA. After images of a potential Kith x New Balance 2010 appeared, the Kith Spring 2025 Collection lookbook clearly shows the brand’s upcoming 992 project.
2025 will mark the revival of the Made in USA silhouette after it was vaulted a few years back. In addition to GR releases in classic colors like grey, black, and navy, NB allows collaborators to inject energy into the line, as already seen with Joe Freshgoods’ return to the sneaker. Kith’s new project differs from their takes on the silhouette in 2020, opting for an ashy, worn-in blue pigskin suede upper that matches the woven mesh base below. Greyish-cream details are on the toebox overlays and the leather panels on the tongue and collar.

Branding details for NB remain in their usual place: the midfoot’s N logo in cream is outlined in a blue textile, New Balance is spelled out on the heel counter, and 992 text is present on the tongue. However, Kith makes its presence known on the lateral collar, replacing the 992 text with its logo. The sneaker is finished with a tonal midsole and a gum rubber outsole.
The Kith x New Balance 992 Made in USA Blue will March 21, 2025, through Kith Osaka, Kith's website, and a draw on the Kith App. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
