New Balance has been running things with its classic catalog of 99X models in countless colorways of clean suede, but the Boston-based brand isn’t just resting on retros either. This year, New Balance has dropped a few new models in its lifestyle line, including a new favorite, the retro classic ABZORB 2010.

Appearing in a new Brighton Grey Linen colorway, this 2010 mixes and matches subtle earth tones for a Fall-ready look that could easily turn into a next-to-the-door go-to once September hits. Light grey suede covers the curved panels of the upper, with the 99x-style toe taken over by cream-colored mesh and dark grey overlays. The midsole gets a two-tone tan and light brown design with visible ABZORB pods and a black outsole. A reflective silver tongue with a prominent grey NB logo rounds out the colorway.
The 2010 has already been featured in a Kith collab and showed up in colorways like Black Ice, Linen Desert Clay, and a Triple Black pair releasing the same day as the Brighton Grey Linens. New Balance is leaning heavily into its new lifestyle models and if that means a constant flow of 2010 colorways, you can count us in.
The New Balance 2010 Brighton Grey Linen will release August 20, 2025, through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
