Many may not like to hear it, but the Panda Dunk is a defining part of sneaker culture. Your die-hard sneakerheads may hate the simple black-and-white Dunk Low, but the general public cannot get enough. As Nike continues to pump out more and more pairs to the point where it no longer sells out or garners a premium on the secondary market, they’ll be retiring the version of the colorway that has remained the same since its first drop in 2021 as a new SKU is launching in 2025.
Identical to the version from 2021, the Panda Dunk retains its two-tone black and white build. Black leather panels land on the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay, while the toebox, midfoot panel, and collar take on a white leather finish. More black hits are featured on the leather Swoosh and heel tab, as well as the lace set and woven tongue tag. Nike branding is white pops on the tongue tag and the heel tab, continuing onto the insole. The final details for this classic sneaker include a white tongue, black sockliner, white midsole, and a black rubber outsole.
This new (if you can REALLY call it that) version of the Nike Dunk Low Panda will start to hit shelves in Spring 2025, with Nike likely pulling the “original” version from shelves around that time. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $115. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
