After decades of working alongside adidas through BAPE and later through Human Made, NIGO jumped ship and headed to Nike in 2023. It took nearly a year-and-a-half before we received the first NIGO x Nike release, the Air Force 3 Low in multiple colorways, swiftly followed up by two more renditions in December 2024. While Sole Retriever announced NIGO has three different Air Force 3s launching in Summer 2025, another pair has just been spotted on the feet of the man himself.
Pictured at an event for NIGO’s collaboration with Moncler and Mercedes-Benz, the Japanese streetwear legend wore a white faux croc skin colorway of his Air Force 3 collaboration. Most of the sneaker is coated in a single white shade, with the faux croc detailing landing on the mudguard, eyelets, and heel overlay. Perforated leather in white takes over the toebox, while smooth leather on the midfoot adds more textural contrast.
Moving up, we see more white hits on the lace set, mesh tongue, and leather tongue tag, the latter hosting golden Nike Air Force 3 branding. Nike and OGIN logos, a reverse of NIGO’s name, are bedazzled in gold and attached to the lacing system by golden rope chains. Finishing the sneaker is the white-on-white Air Force 3 midsole and outsole.
The NIGO x Nike Air Force 3 Low White Metallic Gold will release in Summer 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $150.
