The Nike Pegasus Premium Ghost Persian Violet Releases April 2025

The Nike Pegasus line is one of the brand’s longest-running series of sneakers, with last year introducing us to the Peg 41. Between the launch of the 41 and the 42, Nike is bringing forth a new Premium iteration of the Pegasus that features a sculpted Zoom Air unit, something that has never been done before in the history of Air technology. Before launching the Airscape colorway and getting an official look at the Atmosphere rendition, official images of the Ghost Persian Violet colorway appeared.

On the base of the silhouette sits an ultra-breathable circular knit mesh, with a secondary mesh weave separate by a fused TPU film on the middle of the upper. This design comes in a very light purple Persian Violet hue, with the shade extending across most of the design. Bright Crimson accents highlight the coordinates along the ripstop nylon eyestays. These coordinates, 34.026120, - 118.457335, are the location of the first Blue Ribbon Sports store opened in 1967.

Other branding details include the Nike Pegasus Premium text atop the pull tab of the tongue, a large Swoosh on the midfoot, and Zoom Air text split between the medial sides of the left and right shoe. Down below is where the magic is happening, as Nike combines ReactX in the heel, full-length ZoomX foam, and a sculpted full-length Zoom Air unit to create one of the brand’s most comfortable and energy-responsive rides. Here, the Zoom Air unit takes on a vibrant deep blue finish to contrast the white shades of the midsole, while the grippy rubber outsole below comes in black.

The Nike Pegasus Premium Ghost Persian Violet will release on April 17, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $210.
