It’s been some time since Nike found a hit with a silhouette that appeals to the lifestyle and fitness crowd, but the Nike Pegasus Premium checks all these boxes. The first colorway launched at the end of January and was an instant sellout, with demand for the Black Red colorway released today just as high. If you’ve missed out on these pairs, don’t worry—Nike is dropping a White Volt Green colorway in the next few weeks.
While we have seen previews of colors like the Atmosphere, Ghost Persian Violet, and White Metallic colorways, this new White Volt is one of the cleanest to appear thus far. Stark white and summit white hues are applied to the lightweight circular knit upper, contrasted by hits of black on the midfoot Swoosh and grey on the two-tone lace set.

Large Zoom Air text graces the midfoot panel on the medial side, with the two words split between the left and right shoes. Volt green hues from the insole are visible through the open-spaced circular knit, with more of this shade found on the coordinates located on the ripstop eyelet. Plugging these coordinates in will lead you to a storefront in Santa Monica, the very first retail location for Blue Ribbon Sports, the name of Nike before its name change in 1971.
Below this upper sits one of the most advanced midsoles in a Nike running sneaker. The first-ever sculpted Zoom Air unit is embedded between two layers of different foams, the top layer containing ZoomX. Below the volt green Zoom Air unit is a hit of ReactX foam in the heel, with the forefoot relying solely on the Air unit. Finishing the sneaker is the white rubber outsole.
The Nike Pegasus Premium White Volt will release on March 20, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s and women’s sizing, the retail price is $210.
